Lake House Latte
Our house espresso pulled into steamed milk with a little brown-sugar sweetness. The one people order twice on a slow Saturday.

Two ounces of espresso cut with a splash of warm milk. Small, strong, and gone in three sips.
$4Order nowMorning Cappuccino
Equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and dense foam. We keep the cup small so it stays hot to the bottom.

Lake Minnetonka Cold Brew
Steeped sixteen hours, poured over ice, smooth enough to drink black. The drink that gets us through July on the patio.

Our story
We wanted one good corner on the lake
Nas Cafe started with a simple idea: a place near the water where you could get a real cup of coffee and actually want to stay a while. So we found a corner in Prior Lake, put a few tables on the patio, and pointed them at Lake Minnetonka.
We don't roast our own beans — we leave that to the folks down the road who do it better than we ever could. What we do is pull careful shots, laminate our croissants by hand, and learn your name and your order somewhere around the third visit.

What people say over the second cup
"The cortado is exactly right and the patio view is unfair. I get nothing done here and I don't care."
"Came for the cold brew, stayed because the barista remembered my order on day two. That's the whole thing, isn't it."
"Those butter croissants are dangerous. I've started leaving the house earlier just to beat the ten o'clock sellout."
